MEET ROWAN KEARNS

Rowan Kearns has a masters level qualification in Sports, Exercise and Nutrition, with ten years hands on experience in health, fitness and nutrition.
Rowan has spent thousands pounds and man-hours perfecting his craft. Educated in University College Dublin, University of Ulster and University of Chester. Degrees in Sport, Exercise and Fitness, Sports and Exercise Science and Exercise and Nutrition Science.
Many other qualifications such as, British Olympic Weight-Lifting Coach, APPI Pilates Instructor, NASC Strength and Conditioning Coach, Speed, Agility and Quickness Coach and many more!
Over 10 years experience working one to one with clients and coaching Elite Level Gaelic Football, Hurling and Rugby Union. Now works exclusively with busy professionals in high pressure jobs.
Rowan designs his own plan to include training, nutrition and wellness into his busy daily schedule. Trains 30min high intensity using weight training, cardio equipment and swimming. Nutrition is monitored using our app and wellness methods include pilates and meditation (usually in the form of podcasts or reading).
Having quit playing competitive Football, Rowan competes in Triathlons, half marathons and other fitness events.
